The clutch master cylinder is an essential part of any heavy-duty truck and it also has a manual transmission. It is applied in a truck to generate a certain amount of hydraulic pressure that motivates the clutch to run. A clutch master cylinder is usually attached to the clutch pedal and counts on the cylinder to switch off the power flowing from the transmission to the engine when the pedal breaks down.
As we mentioned above, clutch master cylinders can transform the mechanical force into hydraulic pressure. When the truck driver trampled the pedal of the clutch, the pedal acts the force to clutch master cylinders which deliver the hydraulic pressure to the clutch release cylinder that disconnects engine power to the transmission. The system of clutch master cylinder consists of the truck piston, cups, and springs.
