A rear view mirror is the truck cabin part that allows the driver to see what happens in the rear end. The rear view mirrors are usually installed at the top of the windscreen inside the cabin. This cabin part is one of the most preliminary but essential safety parts in a heavy-duty truck, which can assist the driver to handle any problems during overtaking, parking in reverse gear, etc. Generally speaking, a heavy-duty truck also has a pair of mirrors known as outer rear view mirrors installed on the vehicle’s body outside the cabin and can fulfill the same purpose.
