What about the minimum quantity of order(MOQ)?
In order to satisfy most of our customers' purchase demands, we decide to accept orders in small quantity. However, the prices will be more reasonable if you can order our truck parts in bulk.
How do you pack the products before loading in the container?
In most circumstances, inspiring's heavy-duty truck parts are packed in a wooden case while we will handle the package in a good condition before its delivery to the port. However, if you have special demands on the package, please DO NOT hesitate to tell us and we can provide you with custom made service as per your request.
How long can we receive the order?
- As for the orders in small quantity, we usually ship you the goods via DHL, UPS or FedEx. It may takes 3-9 days for you to receive the parcel.
- As for the orders in large quantity, we usually ship you the goods via seaway which will take 15-30 working days at least in this case.
Do you accept the "custom-made" order?
Absolutely! You can contact us by leaving a message in the form, directly sending us a letter or whatever way you like to tell us your exclusive demands about the truck parts. You will definitely be satisfied with our service and product, which can not be got elsewhere.
Do you provide a sample before we place the firm order?
Yes! We can usually provide you with our sample products for your reference if they are normally in stock. The sampling cost will be charged, however, if you can place a firm order finally, the sampling fees you paid will be deducted from the transaction amount of sales contract.
How can we get the technical data sheet for our reference?
You can definitely check the product pages on our site where we have uploaded basic specifications or TDS. If you really want to have the PDF edition, please contact our salesman to ask for it.
Do you have a distributor or agent in my country?
No, we don't have any oversea distributors or agents by far because of the COVID-19. As things are getting better now, we may have a plan to go to some countries and promote our heavy-duty truck parts locally. In this case, please pay attention to our latest update on the blog pages of this website.
Are you a trading company or an industry company with factories?
